After it was announced that Michigan would be moving Austin Hatch to a student assistant role, a very key scholarship was opened up for the Wolverines in their pursuit of Jaylen Brown (Marietta, Georgia).
Michigan is considered by recruiting experts to be one of the top contenders for the 6-foot-7, 217-pound small forward. The 247Sports Crystal Ball favors the Wolverines.
Evan Daniels of Scout.com was able to confirm that Brown has narrowed his choice down to five schools, and Michigan is in the hunt.
