2015 3-Star DE Reuben Jones has committed Michigan

Michigan has officially landed their first commit of the Jim Harbaugh era.

Jim Harbaugh was able to flip former Nebraska commit, Reuben Jones, from the Corn Huskers, to the Wolverines.

Jones is an impressive defensive end that Michigan turned its focus to when hiring Harbaugh. Jones will add another wrinkle to a young defensive line, and on a defensive team that will be coached by Greg Mattison and DJ Durkin.

Jones is a three-star recruit that has a nice upside. The Lakeland, Florida prospect was recently visited by Harbaugh’s staff, and is currently on his official visit to Michigan.

This could be the first domino to fall for this class, and it couldn’t have came at a better time. The fan base has been chomping at the bit to receive a commitment, and they finally got one tonight.
