Update on Recent 2015 TE Decommit Chris Clark

Posted on Posted in Michigan Football, Recruiting

Earlier in the day, Brady Hoke was dismissed as head coach at Michigan, and 2015 tight end, Chris Clark Decommitted from Michigan shortly after.

Clark said on twitter that he is still considering Michigan in his top five group of schools. Michigan, North Carolina, USC, UCLA and Texas made the cut for the number one rated tight end prospect in 2015.

Although losing his commitment hurts, it’s still a positive seeing Michigan considered. After all, the head coach is a big part of the decision, but ultimately shouldn’t be the reason a player commits.

Clark was the eighth decommit for the Wolverines in this recruiting cycle, joining Mike Weber, Darian Roseboro, as the most recent decommitments.

This story is ongoing and we will provide updates as the come in.
