The experts are almost unanimously supporting Jim Harbaugh’s reported move to Michigan. To make it a little more juicy for those pulling for this, ESPN NFL Insider John Clayton is reporting that Harbaugh has been contacting assistants to gauge interest in joining him, and Fox Sports college football insider Bruce Feldman backed up a report made last night by John Bacon regarding family/friend flying into Ann Arbor.
Clayton addressed the possibility of Harbaugh accepting a Michigan offer on ESPN Radio.
“I would say 100%,” Clayton said. “Because over the last couple days, he’s actually been calling coaches around the National Football League to see if they would come to college. Guys right now that may be in a position where they’re going to be losing their jobs with their teams. So he’s trying crazy to do this. So it’s pretty well set they’ll work out the deal by Tuesday and he’ll end up being the Michigan coach.”
Feldman then backed up a report which originally came from Bacon last night, saying family and friends are flying into Ann Arbor on Monday.
