On Monday, Michigan head coach Brady Hoke addressed the media and said he would name a starting quarterback on Tuesday for the Minnesota game this weekend. But when Hoke stepped to the mic to deliver what we thought was going to be big news, he instead only stated what we’ve been hearing all season: There’s a competition at quarterback between Devin Gardner and Shane Morris, and the coaching staff is comfortable with both. So with that, TBHR took to Twitter to ask who Michigan’s starting quarterback should be. This is what we received.
@TBHReport DG, still our best chance to win. Shane just as turnover prone

@TBHReport A random whining fan, just to show the whining fan how "easy and simple" it is to be a QB.

Love the sarcasm, Matthew.
@TBHReport Morris. I can live with growing pains, can't live with 5th year senior repeated mistakes.

@TBHReport Morris. Let him play with the ones. Maybe he will surprise some people

@TBHReport Gardner. A) Morris isn't ready. B) the Oline is bad and an athletic qb helps. C) devin is just a better qb

@TBHReport Morris. the B1G schedule is easy besides MSU & OSU. Give him the experience. DG obviously after 5 years isn't good enough

@TBHReport whoever the coaches think gives us the best chance to win.

That’s too logical, Tanya.
@TBHReport Morris, he's more traditional of a qb and Michigan needs to get back to running a traditional offense, not spread.
