Scouting Report: The trend recently in the NCAA and the NFL has been successful tall corners, and Taylor fits that description quite well. He is physical, and possesses an ideal body for a defensive back position at the next level. Could succeed at either cornerback or safety, and probably will end up as a safety at the next level. He is a sure tackler, which could also increase his stock as a safety. His awareness is ideal for a DB, and his nose for the football allows him to be heavily involved in the defense. He is a prospect that will have a chance to make an immediate impact, regardless of which school he chooses. He has the ability to cover wide receivers in both man and zone.
